Halloween is a Real Treat in Granville

 While many come to Granville and enjoy all the FALL events, there are a several events that you should not miss for Halloween:

 Downtown Trick-o-Treating:

Downtown Oxford Trick-or-Treating takes place October 31st from 3pm-5pm.  Local merchants open their doors to children ages 12 and under with Halloween goodies.  CLICK HERE, for more information on downtown Oxford events.  

Also, the Children & Adult Services department of the Granville DSS will be giving out candy to the public on October 31st from 3 pm to 5 pm.  The office is located on 410 W Spring Street in Oxford.  Please enter at the Staff Enterance.

Main Street in Creedmoor opens their sidewalks to trick-o-treaters on October 31st from 6pm-8pm.  Local businesses owners and Creedmoor City Hall welcome you to come dressed in your best for an evening of sweet treats and fun.  CLICK HERE, for flyer and log onto www.cityofcreedmoor.org for more information on the City of Creedmoor’s events.


 

ozTrunk or Treat will take place on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Butner Athletic Park, 1105 W B St/Butner from 6:00-8:00 p.m. This event is hosted by Covenant Life and offers a safe and fun environment for everyone. There will be different themed scenes set up, such as Disney Movies, Sports, Storybooks and many more! Your child can walk through and meet all of the characters, receive free candy, kettle corn, candy and other giveaways. Other Spooktacular Events: 

haunt

Granville Haunt & Corn Maze - Open on weekends in October & October 30th & 31st in Oxford.  From sunset to 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays dare yourself to go through the corn maze, haunted trail or the zombie paintball hayride.  If you prefer a scare-free walk in the corn, a self-guided tour of Corn Maze in a larger 7-acre field which is completely separate from our other attractions is available. For more information, log on www.granvillehauntfarm.com
